Lack of medical attention leads to almost 27% of deaths every year in India. There is a widening gap between rich and poor when it comes to access to basic health care. The underprivileged section in India suffers from serious health issues but also faces different chilling factors like lack of awareness, expensive healthcare, less or no access to treatments, which adds to this death rate.
Karna’s Hospital is our effort to take this issue head on and provide healthcare to the marginalised. We have brought together a group of doctors who are the best in their respective fields and want to give back to the society.
We have also identified areas which required urgent and utmost attention. Today, we have one hospital in Rewasi, Bihar. Our plan is to expand and provide healthcare to those who need it the most.
